To Exhibit at the Motor Show

Welcome to the section for companies that want to participate as exhibitors at the Bologna International Motor Show.

 

The Motor Show will take place at the BolognaFiere expo from the 5th to the 9th of December 2012; Tuesday 4th December 2012 is reserved for members of the press and trade professionals.

 

In this section, you will find all the information you require – methods, rates, regulations and instructions – if your company intends to exhibit at the 2012 Bologna Motor Show.

 

The Participation Request is the Contract that contains the information on the participation rates.

 

An original copy of the form must be filled out in its entirety, stamped and signed in acceptance of the terms and conditions, before being sent by registered mail or courier to the event organiser: GL events Italia S.p.A. – Via G. Marconi, 13 – 40122 Bologna, Italy.

 

The organiser reserves the right to evaluate the relevance of the company submitting the participation request vis-à-vis the commercial categories admitted to the Motor Show.

 

The General Conditions of Participation provide the regulations on participation at the Motor Show.

 

The General Conditions must be stamped and signed in acceptance of their content, before being sent back to the organiser, together with the Participation Request, of which they form an inseparable and integral part.

 

The Request is not valid unless it is accompanied by the signed General Conditions.

The Event Technical Regulations and Form File are available to download by clicking on the appropriate box.

 

The Form File contains the Event Technical Regulations, the Expo District Regulations, the Safety File, and the list of official, highlighted suppliers, as well as the paperwork necessary for the booking of technical support and services for your stand.

 

Certain forms are obligatory and they must be filled out and sent by fax to the recipient before the respective deadlines:

 

form C - electrical energy

 

form D - declaration on electrical system and installation

 

form D1 - declaration of compliance of the electrical system

 

form D2 - declaration on the correct installation of the exhibition equipment

 

form Ø - request for authorisation and verification of non-standard set ups – testing

 

form I bis - booking of waste removal

 

form N - guide on the prevention of accidents in the workplace
