The 37^th Bologna Motor Show will be held in the Bologna Expo District (Quartiere Fieristico di Bologna) from 5th to 9th December 2012. The opening times will be as follows:

BY CAR

From the motorways leading to Bologna from Florence, Milan, Padua and Ancona

Tangenziale uscita 8 > parcheggio Michelino

(Ring-road exit 8 > Michelino car park)

Tangenziale uscita 7 > parcheggio/ingresso Costituzione

(Ring-road exit 7 > Costituzione car park / entrance)

A14 motorway, Fiera exit

If there is a lot of traffic, ring-road exit 7 is closed and parking becomes available in the Dozza-Parco Nord area, with road signs and personnel to direct you. The cost of parking is included in the cost of the ticket for the shuttle bus, which leaves every 4 minutes. To avoid receiving a fine or being towed away, avoid engaging the services of the unofficial, self-appointed "parking attendants" around the expo district. It is not permitted to park at the roadside during the period of the Motor Show.

Bologna's "Guglielmo Marconi" International Airport is directly linked to BolognaFiere through the easy-to-use AEROBUS-BLQ shuttle service.

BY TRAIN - www.trenitalia.it

Bologna's central train station (Stazione Centrale) is located 10 minutes from the Bologna expo district; the route is served by the nos. 35 and 38 buses. Direct shuttles to BolognaFiere leave from Piazza XX Settembre, near the train station.

BY BUS - www.tper.it

* The STATION - EXPO/MOTOR SHOW ("STAZIONE – FIERA/MOTOR SHOW") shuttle bus runs every day throughout the Motor Show.

* On Sundays and public holidays, the number 28 bus service will be boosted, leaving every 15 minutes during peak times.

* Throughout the Motor Show, there will be a rapid shuttle bus service running between Piazza XX Settembre and the Expo District (Fiera), leaving every 2-6 minutes (depending on the day and time), to ensure that those intending the visit the Motor Show can get there quickly from the train station/bus station.

* The shuttle bus – which runs every day during the Motor Show – leaves from Piazza XX Settembre (car park area) and reaches the expo district rapidly, stopping only at Piazza Costituzione (bus stop A). Coming back, the shuttle stops at Piazza Medaglie D’Oro (at the central train station).
